Our dog is a member of our family.  We have to be able to board her (day and overnight) where we trust that she will be loved and cared for the way we would treat her at home, and The Shih Tzu Inn is that kind of place.  Saundra and Rich love dogs and it shows.  They are caring and wonderful with our wonderful dog.  They have cared for our dog for nearly five years and they have taken care of the peppy puppy and now the gracefully aging gal.  There is such peace of mind knowing that she has a great place to stay when she can't be with us!

The Shih-Tzu Inn Doggy Daycare is tops in my book. Each dog who comes to the Shih-Tzu Inn is treated
and loved as the individual they are and are given careful attention to their needs and habits. Both
Saundra and Rich Deiley quickly build relationships with both the dogs and their owners and attest that
they are ‘family’. This is true. Once you start your dog at daycare and/or boarding with Saundra and
Rich, you are embraced into their world and work, which is taking the best care of their doggie friends.
They are so very accommodating to each person and when they say “Anytime is good for drop off and
pick up”, they mean it! My Golden doodle, Riley, leaps out of the car and runs to their front door every
time I drop him off. And when I pick him up, he’s happy and well exercised after enjoying time with his
canine friends. It’s been two years now and we continue to love our friends at Shih-Tzu Inn!

It's a fantastic place for great care! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dogs to romp and exercise. It's very clean and always lots of water available to the dogs. I have been taking my dogs to them for a few years now and I know I don't have to worry while they have my babies. They are always understanding on short notices and I can take my dog there at 7am if I need it. The best thing about it is that you can tell how passionate Saundra and Richard are about all of the visiting dogs and their well-being. They truly care about their clients and it shows in every aspect of their business. I recommend The Shih-Tzu Inn if you need peace of mind when it comes to YOUR babies.

I love Saundra and her husband and the service Shih Tzu Inn provides for my beagle.
I contacted Saundra about day care for my dog Tater, the next day I came out to meet her and see the facility, I was so impressed with you how everything was layed out and how much room the dogs have to play. The yard helped me know they are safe and would have a fun place to run and play. It looked fun for me why not my dog.
The dogs always seem so happy and not freaked out when I come to pick up or drop off my Tater. There is always a bit of barking but no one is unhappy and my dog is always happy,in a way, to be able to go to aunties.
I am very protective of my dog and Saundra allows me to be able to enjoy my vacation knowing Tater is well taken care of, and until I am home she is in the best care. That assurance means the word to me.
I am so glad we found our pet such a wonderful home away from home!
